I was introduced to Angels and Archangels as a child.  By my teenage years, my disinterest was complete!

Though they were helping me and guiding – as they do everyone – I was not ready to acknowledge them until the late 1980s.   I had had a range of  “special occurrences” from the late 70′s which clearly showed me, despite life’s difficulties, that I was being looked after.  I therefore know we all have our special Guardian Angels and Angel helpers.

After particular help from Jyothi who practised Quantum Angel Healing – and, being so grateful and inspired by the work – I knew I was at last beginning to find my niche when I trained first in Hypnotherapy and then In Angel Harmonic Healing.

Therapies I have used for my personal journey

To resolve my own personal issues and to aid my own personal and spiritual journey, I have used many therapeutic tools over several years which have included private psychotherapy and counselling, psychodrama and drama workshops (at The City Lit, The Open Centre and London University, Dorking AEI) floatation tank – sometimes known as “Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy” (REST) - (I would recommend the delights and serious benefits of this relaxing therapy which started to be commercially popular in the 1980s), hypnotherapy, Spiritual and Angel Healing and other healing in a variety of disciplines.  I have also practised Spiritual Yoga.

Background

Since the mid-60s I have worked as a PA/secretary.  From the mid 1970s I worked as a Schoolteacher, a Public Examiner, a College Teacher and as a Teacher of English as a Foreign language.  My working life has also taken me into Internal Audit work, Shop work, Houseparenting, Creative Drama Teaching, Hypnotherapy and Healing.

As a PA/Secretary I have worked in various hospital departments, educational establishments, charities, Law Courts in London, with scientists, and  various property professions, in insurance, banking, telecommunications and in factories [from freeze dried coffee making to aerospace components].

Working with teenagers in Bath, Argyll and Surrey over the course of about 10 years as a Schoolteacher of English, I enjoyed exploring the delights of literature and writing – and self-expression.  I re-introduced drama in an Argyll school where, in addition to creative drama classes, pupils performed in public productions and I continued to direct drama productions on my return south in the late 1970s.  I was astonished at what difficult emotions pupils were willing to explore within improvisation classes – therapy indeed.

Before training to be a Schoolteacher, I worked in a children’s home in Oxford; did internal audit at Oxfam, did voluntary work as a University student with The Stepney Old People’s Welfare Trust and did other voluntary work.

I have frequented hospitals since the early 60s – visiting friends, relatives and acquaintances with serious or terminal illnesses.  Bereavements changed many of my life perceptions and led me to the Guides and Angels.

My professional and life onward journey

I became a Life Member of the Spiritualist Association of Great Britain in 1992 after working for a year with a Medium from the Institute of Spiritualist Mediums.  In addition to attending many courses at the SAGB, I have attended residential spiritual development courses at such colleges as The Arthur Findlay College and continue on my ongoing journey of self-discovery and also with the required “CPD” – Continuing Professional Development.

As part of training to be a hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy is received as well as given and I studied for both the Certificate and the Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.  My main interest with this therapy is regression as a way of  helping people change their patterns of behaviour, understanding the present in relation to the past.   I am also particularly interested in helping to alleviate/resolve phobias and to assist  with issues around food and weight.   As a facilitator, I enjoy helping people take better control of their lives.

Having worked as a healing channel and given Spiritual Healing intermittently over many years,  I wanted to develop this further and so worked for my Practitioner’s Certificate in Angel Harmonic Healing.  Since working consciously with the Angels and Archangels I have been privileged to witness such wonderful responses from people who receive this healing.    Clients always report the deepest feelings of peace and tranquility – alongside many reports of alleviation of symptoms – after receiving  AHH.

All these experiences confirm to me that we are all on an eternal journey – and that our Angels are with us, whether we acknowledge or recognise them, or not.  They love us and help us through our life tasks.
