In addition to working (consciously) with the Angels over a period of time, I met White Elk in meditation around 2008 and this led me on another unique and special journey and he adds his assistance in very specific ways.
White Elk has made himself known to one of my clients and gives him ongoing support also.
Currently, the only known reported saying by White Elk is:
When you were born, you cried
and the world rejoiced.
Live your life
so that when you die,
the world cries and you rejoice.
Since meeting White Elk, I have found another level of guidance in my work and I am very grateful to him.

I have also recently been drawn to White Eagle and have visited the Lodges in Hampshire and London and look forward to where this may lead me. You may wish to visit their website at:

And Grey Wolf has communicated to me via another medium. I cannot find a picture but I would certainly recommend the reader view websites about this great wolf for further inspriational thinking.
I recently found the book “The Philospher and the Wolf” by Mark Rowlands a very fascinating read which explores our place in the world and that of the wolf and the ape, to whom we are closely related. He considers that we have both the “wolf” and “ape” in all of us.
